Meet the Founder

Dr. Alexandra Swanson is a social scientist with 16 years of cross-sector leadership experience spanning operations, equity strategy, and systems design. Her work blends research, field-tested practice, and executive insight to help purpose-driven organizations navigate complexity and build cultures that last. As the founder of this boutique consultancy, she leads every engagement personally—bringing both analytical rigor and a deep sense of mission to the transformation process.

The Doctor has over 3000 hours of personal experience in various outdoor sports from land to sea. She is an accomplished Divemaster, Thru-Hiker, and has summited Mt. Kilimanjaro with her eyes set next on Denali. Though you can find her often traveling to 30+ countries and just as many states (using carbon offsets), she calls Colorado home.
